All domestic and international orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Australia Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $150. All orders under this amount will be charged a flat rate of $12. Please allow 3-5 business days. For rural areas, please allow 5-10 business days. This service is fully trackable.

Australia Express Shipping

Free on all orders over $200. All orders under this amount will be charged $15. Please allow 1-3 business days. For rural areas, please allow 3-5 business days. This service is fully trackable.

For all orders please allow up to 24 hours for the order to be processed prior to sending.

International Shipping

For International orders we offer a flat rate of $30. All orders over $300 will receive free international shipping.

Shipping Internationally is a standard delivery of 7-15 business days. In some regions this can take longer, so please allow up to one-four weeks delivery. Delivery can sometimes be further delayed due to customs which is out of our control. We do not take responsibility for lost packages or damaged in transit. Please note prices are not inclusive of customs, duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that during busy periods such as flash sales, delays are possible.

Pre-Orders

Preorders will be shipped within 24 hours of the items arrival. If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the order will be held until the preordered item(s) arrive and then the order will be shipped together. If you would like to split your order and have in-stock items sent immediately, please send us an email. You will be required to pay any extra shipping fees if we ship items separately for you.
